About Yoga Daily
A curated home for yogic tips, retreats and wellness programs —
and the writing that leads to them.
Yoga Daily exists to do the vetting you don’t have time to do yourself — and to say no far more often than we say yes.
A Typical Directory
- — Lists hundreds of retreats, most never verified in person
- — Ranks by who pays to be listed, not who's actually good
- — Pushes you straight to checkout with a countdown timer, no one to ask questions to
- — Content exists to rank for keywords, not to help you decide
Yoga Daily
- — Features one or two retreats at a time, each personally reviewed
- — Every retreat leads to a free Discovery Call, so you know it's the right fit before you commit
- — Every article is written to help you choose well, not just to rank
The Mission
We'd rather earn less from ten honest recommendations than more from a hundred we haven't checked.
Editorial first
Yoga Daily is built as a brand and a point of view — not around any one person’s face. That’s deliberate: the standards should outlast any single teacher or trend.
Purpose over volume
The goal is genuine transformation for the people who come through, not maximum listings. A short list you can trust beats a long one you can’t.
Conversation over conversion tricks
Every inquiry gets a real Discovery Call, run personally — not a funnel of pop-ups and countdown timers designed to rush a decision.
How We Got Here
A short history
“Can you recommend a good one?”
For years, our Instagram and newsletter inbox filled up with the same question, asked a hundred different ways: a good retreat, a solid teacher training, a course that’s actually worth the money. We were writing about yoga daily — people wanted us to point, not just publish.
We already had the answer
Between running the blog and practicing ourselves, we’d already quietly built opinions on what’s genuinely good versus what just markets well. The recommendations were happening one DM at a time — it made sense to do it properly, in the open, for everyone asking.
Becoming a curator
We built Yoga Daily around a simple idea: review retreats and programs the way we’d answer a friend’s DM, feature only what we’d genuinely recommend, and let a real conversation — not a checkout page alone — do the rest.
