This Privacy Policy explains how Yoga Daily LLC (“Yoga Daily”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit yogadaily.com, join our newsletter, or use our live yoga classes and membership at classes.yogadaily.com (together, the “Services”).

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, and any messages you send us; account details when you join the membership.
Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Stripe). We do not receive or store your full card number.
Live class and recording content: our live classes are held on Zoom and are recorded. If you turn on your camera or microphone, or write in the chat, your image, voice, name and messages may appear in the recording, which is made available to members as a replay.
Usage and device data: pages visited, approximate location, browser, device and IP address, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use information

To provide the Services, including your membership, live classes and replays.
To process payments, prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations.
To send class reminders and service messages, and, if you subscribed, our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
To understand how the Services are used and to improve them.
To respond to your questions and requests.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers who help us run the Services, only as needed for them to do so: our membership platform (Hey Marvelous), payment processors (such as Stripe), video conferencing (Zoom), email and newsletter providers, website hosting, and analytics providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or restructuring of the business.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences and measure traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Services work.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and afterwards as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Class recordings may be kept and made available to members for as long as the class library is offered.

To make a request, email hello@yogadaily.com. If you do not want to appear in class recordings, keep your camera and microphone off and do not use the chat. We are based in the United States and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, but no online service can be completely secure.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
